While we are sad to see Associate Director Sue Fox leave the program, we wish her a happy retirement and extend a warm welcome to our new Associate Director Elizabeth Rossman. During a transition phase, Sue will stay on to help Elizabeth become acclimated to the MEM program starting July 22.
Elizabeth has a background in advising, academic research, teaching and learning, and higher education administration. She comes to Northwestern from DePaul University where she worked for Academic Affairs as the Program Director for an academic support program and as the Student Learning Consultant for Faculty and Programming through the Office for Teaching, Learning and Assessment.
Elizabeth has extensive experience in higher education and excellent writing and communications skills. “I believe El will be a fantastic addition to the MEM team and will complement the skills we already have in the program office,” states Director Mark Werwath. “Elizabeth will get to know the students and will be very visible to the students and faculty. She will take on most of the responsibilities that Sue used to have.” Sue will still be available to help during the transition and will also help in the area of corporate and alumni relations as needed. Please join me in welcoming Elizabeth to the MEM program.
Elizabeth can be contacted at firstname.lastname@example.org, or just stop by the MEM office and say hello the next time you get a chance!
